Digital product terms

These terms apply to SahiCalc downloadable products. Purchases open only after launch review. The website terms and privacy policy also apply.
What you purchase
Salary Money OS is a downloadable Excel template, a separate fictional example and the guides listed on its product page. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the files for your own household. You may keep backups. Redistribution, resale and sharing a paid master template publicly are not included.
Price and payment
The price is in Indian rupees. The final total is shown before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A launch price applies only within its stated deadline. New discounted checkout links stop opening 16 minutes before that deadline so existing sessions can finish. Payment is processed by Razorpay.
Delivery and access
After payment verification, we email a link to the address entered at checkout. The initial link expires after 72 hours and allows five download attempts. An interrupted download can count as an attempt. Contact us if that prevents access. Expiring delivery links do not expire your licence to use files already downloaded.
Compatibility and your data
Use a current desktop Excel version. The product page states the verified compatibility at launch. A Google Sheets import guide is included; native Sheets availability and verification must be confirmed before relying on that format. Features such as protection, charts and formatting may differ between spreadsheet applications.
Files saved locally stay on your device unless you sync or share them. Files imported into Google Sheets are stored by Google under your account settings. SahiCalc does not receive workbook entries. Sheet protection prevents accidental edits and is not encryption.
Updates
Your purchase includes fixes and template improvements released during the year after purchase. We do not promise a particular update schedule or new feature. You may keep using your downloaded version afterward. New versions do not automatically migrate your entries; back up the old file and follow the release instructions.
Refunds and technical problems
Contact admin@sahicalc.com with your payment reference within seven days of discovering a download or material compatibility problem. We will investigate and help restore access or correct the issue. If we cannot supply the product as described, we will offer a refund. Duplicate charges are eligible for review and refund of the duplicate payment. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank. We do not guarantee an instant credit. Refunded orders lose access to further downloads and updates.
Support
Email admin@sahicalc.com for download, setup or formula issues. We typically reply within 2–3 working days. Send the product version, a description and a redacted screenshot if useful. Do not send an unredacted financial workbook, bank credentials or card details. Personal financial planning and bespoke spreadsheet customisation are not included.
Educational use
The workbook records your inputs and estimates. It does not recommend investments or provide personalised financial, tax or legal advice. Check important figures and reconcile recorded spending with your accounts. No savings, debt-reduction or income outcome is guaranteed.
