Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

SahiCalc ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect when you use https://sahicalc.com.

The short version

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The salary, income, rent and other figures you type into a tool are processed on your own device and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our servers.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not require you to create an account or log in.
  • We do not collect or store the numbers you enter into any calculator.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Digital product purchases

When you buy a downloadable product, we store your purchase email, order and payment references, amount, payment status, product version, update entitlement and download activity. Cloudflare hosts the order records and private files. Razorpay processes payment details. Our transactional email provider delivers purchase and update messages. We do not receive the financial figures you enter into a workbook.

We use these records to fulfil purchases, prevent abuse, provide support and handle billing obligations. Access links expire, but necessary order records are retained for fulfilment and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email us to request access, correction or deletion; required billing records may need to be retained. We do not add buyers to marketing lists automatically.

A downloaded Excel file stays wherever you save it. Importing it into Google Sheets stores a copy in your Google account. Review your cloud sharing settings before entering financial information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymised usage — for example, which tools are most popular — so we can improve the site. This may involve cookies or similar technologies that collect standard information like your browser type, device and general location. This data is aggregated and cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Advertising

We may display advertising from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalisation through Google Ad Settings and learn more at Google's advertising policies.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them only for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the calculators will continue to work.

Your choices

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time.
  • Opt out of personalised ads via the Google links above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
